South Africa order form

If your require a hair test, please fill your details in the electronic order form below. Essentially we just need your name and email and that you tick the disclaimer box, and then we will in return send you an email asking for your details.

The current cost is R920 plus R30 to register-post the hair test kit to you (which will arrive within a week). It consists of a small paper scale, collection bag and requisition form. A small amount of hair is needed (0.25 grams), and pubic hair can be used if you have repeatedly dyed or bleached your hair. Head hair is preferred.

We will send you the banking details once you have filled out the order form (depends on current exchange rate). We will need payment for the entire test before we post you the kit.

You will then post the envelope directly to DDI.

You can choose the courier option (takes 2-3 days to get there and is guaranteed, or registered air-mail which takes 2-3 weeks and less secure, as about 1 out of 40 don’t make it there for unknown reasons).

Once the test reaches the lab it will take 5 working days to process and we will email the result to you.

We will remove your name, and provide an internet link to your test, and you will then need to access the Frequent Dose Chelation Yahoo group to get helpful support and ask for help in interpretation of the results (since we are not able to answer medical questions directly).

During this time, await your arrival of Andy Cutler’s books, ideally order both Hair Test Interpretation and Amalgam Illness.
