Andy Cutler has in the past advised that Alka Selzer Gold has the ability to remove brain fog in many people.
If you cannot obtain it in your country, consider asking your pharamcist for the following ingredients to make it:
- 3/4 tsp of Anhydrous Citric Acid mixed with,
- 3/4 tsp of Sodium Bicarbonate (BP grade) with,
- 1/4 tsp of Potassium Bicarbonate (BP grade).
Add ½ cup of water, wait for the excessive bubbling to pass (e.g. 15 seconds) and drink.
Max 4 servings per day.
