Our ancestors used stones for grinding grain to bake breads.
This age-old tradition has been reintroduced in the Ancient grain bread and muffin mixes.
We use traditional unsifted, stone-ground grains i.e. millet, maize and sorghum, which contain natural oils, vitamins, minerals and fibre. The baking of these stone-ground grains results in an old fashioned wheat-free, gluten-free and yeast-free crusty health bread and heart warming muffins, best served with butter and raw honey.
