Aging process: delaying it
by Heiner Lotze
What is the difference between someone, say, 25 years of age and someone 75 years old? To a large degree, it is their metabolism, which is controlled by their hormones. Hormones are chemical messengers, which travel through the body and communicate with various cells to instruct them how to act. As we grow older, our ability to produce most hormones in adequate amounts declines. Typically, between the ages of 30 and 40, our body will begin to gradually produce less and less of most hormones.
This decline in natural hormone production coincides with nearly every age-related health problem from our body’s inability to quickly fight common colds, to ‘aches and pains’, to increased body weight and even
serious diseases. In other words, with fewer hormones available to stimulate the cells, our bodies begin to react much differently. The result is what has been accepted as ‘growing old’. Some medical researchers now believe that in many cases, these age-related conditions are hormone-related conditions!
Can the aging process be slowed?
In fact, we believe that the aging process can not only be slowed, but in some cases reversed. We believe this can be achieved by cleansing and rejuvenating vital organs and then by modifying your metabolism and with natural remedies and appropriate supplements. Our belief lies in the exciting new area of anti-aging medicine, where new approaches to optimum health and longevity are aggressively being sought and discovered. New medical research will forever change the way people look at aging and how doctors approach preventative health care.
Our approach resides in the emerging medical belief that if you can regain youthful levels of key hormones like Progesterone, Pregnenolone, Androstenedione, and Testosterone, to name a few your body will begin to function like a youthful body.
